PRIVATES

Embody your practice

Our bodies are all uniquely ours and sometimes a group class isn’t always what we’re looking for. Privates classes allow me to work with you one-on-one to build a practice that fits your schedule and works to support you in what you are trying to achieve within your practice. Privates are also great when group settings aren’t your favorite.  

In a private class, I will guide you through a 60-minute class that is created specifically for you. We will work together to make sure each class contains what you would like to incorporate into your practice, from mindful movement, pranayama, mantra, and Vedic meditation. GROUP CLASSES

Artful Movement

Group classes are offered two times a week and provide a safe space where individuals can come mindfully move their bodies. These classes are an excellent place for you to deepen your practice, build community, and are always filled with uplifting energy!

Group classes are open to all levels and are artfully created to make you feel good in your body. Practicing amongst others can significantly enhance your experience and inspire you throughout your class.

MEDITATION & BREATHWORK

Invite clarity into your life

Morning meditation is a 45-minute practice offered once a month. Throughout the class, we will work with various types of breathwork, Vedic meditation, and mantra work. There will be different practices in each session. Breathwork is the only autonomic function in the body that we can direct our attention to and control. Through breathwork practices like these, we can change the state of our nervous system and whether or not our body is in a sympathetic or parasympathetic state.

Breathwork and various meditative practices have become a huge part of my daily practice and I find that it makes such a difference in jump-starting my morning.

DONATION-BASED CLASSES

Yoga for All

Donation-based classes are an essential part of my teaching practice. I firmly believe that yoga should be accessible to all and by offering donation-based classes everyone can practice without worrying about payment. I try to offer at least one donation class once a month, so keep an eye out!
