Customized for YOU

This coaching program is designed to take a unique and individualistic approach, helping to guide your awareness within. It is for anyone wanting to deepen a current yoga practice (or return to one), integrate a daily meditation practice, and have support as they implement these aspects into their life. 

I will work with you to design daily rituals, provide resources that allow you to dive deeper into your personal life, and also work with you to build an asana practice that can be the foundation of your at-home practice.

Through movement, breathwork, journaling, meditation, and more, we will cultivate intentional presence and awareness in everyday life.

Building a Foundation 

Our bodies are incredible vessels which we experience the world through. Each of us has a unique story and path which has brought us to where we are now. Often people seek an external home, but we have a home right here within us.

In our sessions together, we will work to build a strong foundation. A practice that you can always return to through the various seasons of life. A practice that paves the way for internal compassion and kindness, leading to more meaningful and fulfilling relationships and allowing you to be your most radiant self. 

When we allow kindness towards ourselves, we cultivate our unique individuality. Through this, we can fully embody who we are and experience all life brings.

Breathing deep and   s l o w i n g    d o w n

In understanding and incorporating elements of Yin, Vinyasa, and breath work, you will learn to find slowness, even in the most hectic moments.

I will guide you through movement and stillness. During our calls, there will be moments when you will have the chance to slow down, bring awareness within, and learn to root yourself in the present moment. As we explore space and movement in the body, you will learn how to utilize the power of breath and navigate your nervous system.

Slowing down is a necessary practice that allows for reflection, and leads to profound growth.

Individuality

This program is unique and tailored to you. It is built around your needs and goals.

In our initial 45-60 minute call, we will cover many aspects of your life. With that information, I will customize our calls to suit you and what you’re looking to get out of this program.

This coaching container is meant to nourish your body and soul. Since I take an individual approach to coaching, there are limited spots and no path is the same.

Our work together will help you reach your highest potential and find a home within.

How it works:

You will have the option of picking between a one-month, two-month, and three-month coaching cycle. Two weeks before your program starts, we will meet for a 45-minute call where I will get to know you more and discuss what you’re looking to get out of our time together. After our initial call, I will organize a plan based on everything you’ve shared. It will be completely unique to you and what you’re looking for.

Through our work together, you will delve deep. Learning to love and accept who you are, then learning how to cultivate a nourishing, compassionate, and strong relationship with yourself. This work will allow you to fully experience what life has to offer, allowing you to live an aligned, grounded, and radiant life.

One-Month Program:

In this container, we will meet once a week for 90 minutes for one month.

Two-Month Program:

In this container, we will meet three times a month for 90 minutes for two months.

Three-Month Program:

In this container, we will meet two or three times a month for 90 minutes for three months

If you are ready to start living a more grounded and aligned life, this program is for you. You are making a commitment to yourself to build the foundation to create a sanctuary, a home within.

I will guide you to look within and understand how you show up in the world. Through these sessions, you will learn to foster a safe and authentic space for self-discovery. I will guide you through various movement practices, breath work, meditation, and introspective exercises. Our work together will allow you to live a yogic life, both on and off the mat.

By the end of the program, you'll have a greater sense of self, an appreciation for the present moment, and feel much more grounded and connected to yourself and the world around you. Our sessions will equip you with the resources and tools to find home within.

From me, you’ll receive:

  • Personalized calls and routines tailored to your lifestyle and goals. I will create a meditation practice for you that we will work with throughout the program. I will also provide you with an individual asana routine that can be used as the foundation of your at-home practice

  • Creative and unique activities to invite more mindfulness into your day and invite a sense of grounding

  • Learn how to utilize different breathwork practices in your life

  • You can communicate with me via WhatsApp throughout our time working together for continuous support between calls
